NPC - Warwick Reference

A disposable NPC from Haeata's origin comic. First three are old art, the fourth drawing is a recent simplification of the Stal form. He was inspired from the npc in Windwaker who quests you to find his wife a pet pig.

Warwick was a farmer from Ordon. One uneventful night however, a heavy storm damaged their fence and some of their goats got spooked, a few running away deep into the Lost Woods. Warwick was hesitant to chase after them, knowing the dangers that lurked in the woods. His wife, however, begged that he not give up searching for them, as she really loved the goats and would be heartbroken if anything bad happened to them. Not wanting to disappoint her, Warwick packed his things in preparation of a moderate trek within the Lost Woods and didn't plan to travel in too far before giving up. After a couple hours, he thought he caught a glimpse of one of the goats and followed after it, only to stray from the path he was on and end up losing his way. He set up camp while waiting and seeking out nearby forest creatures to ask help with leading him back out of the woods, but none would agree to speak with him. Worse yet, the more time that had passed, the more he noticed his skin started to itch instensely. After a few days, his body began to transition into that of a Stal, but he fought hard to try and keep his mind intact, determined to make it home to his wife. Frequent attacks by Skullkids using him as target practice soon broke his will however, eventually succumbing fully to his transformation. After losing his head, Haeata helped herself to his hat and lantern.
